This policy explains how Mailbox Assistant ("the app"), a private tool operated by Abdelilah ("I", "me"), handles data. The app is used only with email accounts that I own.
With the account owner's permission (Google OAuth or Microsoft sign-in), the app accesses the mailbox of the connected account to:
The app does not read, analyze or store the content of other messages.
Authorization tokens and a short activity log (message identifiers, counts and timestamps) are stored on my own computer or server. No message content is stored. Nothing is sold, shared, or transferred to third parties, and no data is used for advertising.
The app's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
For Outlook and Hotmail accounts, the app uses Microsoft Graph with the same limits described above.
Access can be revoked at any time from the account's security settings (Google or Microsoft). When access is revoked or on request, the related tokens and logs are deleted.
